Anglian Lifts was started by a team of dedicated lift engineers. Phil Rice, the Managing director, has been in the industry for more than 20 years. He has risen through the ranks of various companies. Now he overseas the business and maintains a strong hand on the recruitment, training and retention of our engineers.

I started my career installing lifts and it gave me an excellent grounding in understanding customer needs. When you install this amazing equipment it genuinely changes people’s lives and allows them to enjoy their homes. Each lift installation or service usually comes with a very personal story attached.

We need the best engineers
We offer what we believe are the best range of stairlifts, home lifts and mobility equipment. This equipment needs to be expertly fitted, serviced and repaired by brilliant engineers.
Therefore, the team are always on the lookout for lift engineers who display high levels of workmanship and are naturally customer service minded. If that’s you then we want to hear from you.
Become a lift engineer
If however, you’re new to lift installation but think you’d have what it takes, then feel free to get in touch anyway. We’d be happy to cross train you. Our suppliers have training sessions which all our engineers must attend. It’s vital that our engineers know how to install and maintain these amazing devices. Plus, we have agreements with training partners to achieve stairlift and lift qualifications.
