Exquisite PVE-30 Eco Home Lift Installation in Northamptonshire

PVE 30 Vacuum Elevator

At Anglian Lifts, we’re proud to continue our tradition of delivering exceptional home lift installations across the country. Our latest project took us to Northamptonshire, where we installed a beautiful PVE-30 Eco Vacuum Elevator in a stunning private residence.

This particular installation showcases not only the versatility of the PVE range but also the precision, efficiency, and care our team brings to every project — from initial preparation through to the final commissioning.

A One-Day Installation — Completed Smoothly and Efficiently

The installation began promptly at 8:30am, with our engineers arriving on-site ready to begin assembling and setting up the PVE-30 lift structure. Thanks to careful pre-planning and preparation, the entire project was completed and handed over to the customer by 4:30pm the very same day — a testament to the straightforward design of the PVE system and the experience of our installation team.

The PVE-30 Eco is one of the most compact models in the PVE range, making it ideal for residential settings where space is at a premium. Despite its smaller footprint, it offers impressive functionality, reliability, and aesthetic appeal. For this installation, the client chose a white finish with tinted Perspex panels, creating a modern, sleek, and clean appearance that perfectly complements the interior of the property.

Installed Within the Staircase Void — Intelligent Use of Space

The lift was cleverly installed within the void of the staircase, allowing it to blend naturally with the existing architecture of the home. This smart use of space ensures that the lift not only looks like it belongs there but also functions efficiently without the need for major structural alterations. The compact circular design of the PVE-30 makes it particularly well-suited for installations like this — adding accessibility and style without compromise.

Before installation day, our team also carried out essential preparatory work to ensure a seamless result. We adjusted the landing bannisters and created a custom platform at the upper level to align perfectly with the lift entrance. This provided a smooth and level transition from the landing into the lift cabin, ensuring both practicality and aesthetic consistency. It’s details like these that set our installations apart and demonstrate our commitment to delivering a truly bespoke solution for each home.

Modern, Eco-Friendly Design

The PVE-30 Eco operates entirely using air pressure differentials, eliminating the need for traditional cables, pistons, or counterweights. This makes it not only energy-efficient but also incredibly quiet and low-maintenance. The lift uses minimal power — consuming energy only during ascent — and thanks to the vacuum system, descends using gravity alone. The result is a sustainable and environmentally friendly home lift that’s perfect for modern living.

Its panoramic Perspex panels give passengers a light and airy experience, allowing natural light to flow freely throughout the staircase. Combined with the white frame, the final appearance of the installation in Northamptonshire was strikingly contemporary — a perfect match for the home’s stylish interior design.

Expert Preparation and Training

At Anglian Lifts, we’re proud to be fully authorised and manufacturer-trained dealers for all PVE Vacuum Elevator products. Our engineers have completed official training at the PVE manufacturing facility in Madrid, Spain, ensuring we meet the highest possible standards for installation, servicing, and maintenance.

This direct partnership means our customers benefit from genuine manufacturer-approved service, technical expertise, and access to original parts and support. Whether it’s a PVE-30, PVE-37, or PVE-52, we’re qualified to install, service, and repair all models to ensure long-term reliability and performance.

A Growing Portfolio of Stunning PVE Installations

This Northamptonshire installation adds to our expanding portfolio of successful PVE Vacuum Elevator projects across the UK. Recently, we completed a two-stop PVE-37 installation in West London, where the lift became a striking feature in the client’s open hallway, adding both elegance and future accessibility to the property. We’ve also fitted PVE lifts in Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Hertfordshire, each tailored precisely to the layout and style of the home.

Every project highlights the versatility of the PVE range — from compact single-passenger lifts like the PVE-30 Eco to larger models capable of carrying multiple passengers or wheelchairs. Regardless of size, all PVE lifts share the same hallmark features: minimal construction requirements, quick installation, and timeless design.
