Anglian Lifts are pleased to have completed the Startup Peterborough 2021 Bootcamp. The programme was put together by Opportunity Peterborough, the economic development agency for Peterborough.
What is Startup Peterborough?
A programme of webinars and forums designed to support business startups in the Cambridgeshire & Peterborough area.
It consists of a mixture of structured support and informal information sharing to help new business owners develop their business plan, find financing and understand topics such as IP and HR among many others.
It provides access to a range of trusted experts who run practical workshops, and give guidance and advice.
It’s free of charge and the cohorts are run every 6 months.
What are the benefits of joining?
Each cohort run through a three-month bootcamp programme which has 11 weekly, one-hour sessions which delve into detail on important business topics.
The aim is to provide the attendees with knowledge to improve business startup success.
In addition to the 1 hour sessions there are group meetings which provide the members with a place to discuss ideas and talk to the experts.
I found the group to be extremely support and honest about their challenges. More often than not someone else had come across an issue I had a question about and was able to give advice.
It’s a great opportunity to build up a local network too.
