Accessen Group Ltd, a company founded in 2021 by Phil Rice and Oliver Mellor, has announced its first acquisition: UK Service Lifts Ltd. The deal is part of Accessen Group’s strategy to expand its lift services into the B2B service and goods lifts markets. Accessen Group is based in Peterborough and also owns Anglian Lifts Ltd, a leading company in the consumer market that provides stairlifts and platform lifts for homes and businesses. Anglian Lifts was established by Phil in June 2021 during the pandemic.
A Wider Range of Solutions and Services
By acquiring UK Service Lifts Ltd, Accessen Group will be able to leverage the skills and resources of both companies and offer a broader range of service and access solutions.
UK Service Lifts Ltd was founded by John Elbro in 2009 and has a loyal customer base across various sectors, such as hospitality, banking, healthcare, education, retail, and manufacturing. They are known for providing high-quality service lifts that are reliable, safe, and efficient. They also offer installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade services.
