As part of our ongoing commitment to continually improve how we operate as a business, we have made a small adjustment to our office and showroom opening hours.
Our New Opening Hours
With immediate effect, our updated hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
- Friday: 08:30 – 15:00
What Has Changed
We are now closing 30 minutes earlier each day, Monday to Friday.
There is no change to our start times, and all other operations continue as normal.
Why We’ve Made This Change
At Anglian Lifts, we regularly review our working practices to ensure we are operating efficiently while continuing to deliver the highest standards of service.
This adjustment reflects:
- A more structured and consistent working day across the business
- Improved alignment between office operations and our engineering teams in the field
- A continued focus on productivity, responsiveness, and service delivery
Just as importantly, this change also supports our team.
We recognise that our people are central to everything we do. By slightly reducing the working day, we are giving our staff better balance at the end of each day and an earlier finish on Fridays, without compromising the service we provide to our customers.
A well-supported team is a productive and engaged team, and that directly translates into better outcomes for our customers.
What This Means for Our Customers
There is no impact to our installation, servicing, or repair work. Our engineers will continue to operate across the UK as usual.
Our office and showroom will simply close slightly earlier each day, so we ask customers to take this into account when planning visits or contacting the team.
